About Me

Hi, I’m Jasmin Sian — a Yorkshire photographer documenting maternity, new-born, family and weddings. My style is story-led, modern photography, the kind that captures the natural beauty in every moment.

I’ve always been drawn to the in-between moments — the quiet ones, the ones that might otherwise go unnoticed. The way a baby settles into you, the way someone looks at their partner when they’re not aware of it. That’s what I focus on when I’m photographing you.

Outside of photography, I’m usually at home with my little one, soaking up the same kind of moments I love to capture for other people. It’s probably why this means so much to me — I know how quickly things change, and how important it is to have something to come back to.

In another life I also work as a high school History teacher, I'm fascinated by the past and how we can keep hold of what's gone by. I am also no stranger to a little bit of chaos and fun, I'd love to have a chat about how I can help to preserve all of life's precious moments for you.
